Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use Sybqa. Please read them before you start a run.

1. The agreement

Sybqa is provided by [TODO: company legal name], [TODO: registered address] (“we”). By creating an account or starting a run, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Sybqa for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it. You must be at least [TODO: minimum age] years old.

2. What Sybqa does

Sybqa opens websites in a real browser, follows the checks you approve, and records evidence such as screenshots, traces and reports. AI models can help plan checks, explore pages and review screens. By default, Sybqa blocks form submissions and other requests that change data on the site under test. It allows them only on test systems you set up for test transactions (section 4).

3. Test only what you are allowed to test

You may point Sybqa only at websites and systems that you own or have written permission to test. You are responsible for that permission. You must not use Sybqa to:

We may pause or stop runs, or suspend accounts, that break these rules.

4. Test sign-ups and payments

If you turn on test transactions, an AI tester signs up and pays on your site using test data: a test email address, a generated password and Stripe test cards. Every click is checked by a separate AI decision before it runs. Sybqa:

Cleanup can be incomplete, for example if you do not supply a key or if your own app creates other records. The report then lists manual steps. You are responsible for finishing cleanup and for any records your app creates.

5. Results are evidence, not guarantees

A Sybqa report shows what was observed during a run. It does not prove that your site is free of defects, secure, accessible or legally compliant. AI findings are leads to review and can be wrong. Checks marked blocked or not run did not pass. You decide what to ship.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your content, including target URLs, goals and run evidence. You let us store and process it only to provide Sybqa, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not give us content you do not have the right to share.

7. Plans, credits and cancellation

8. Other providers

Sybqa relies on providers such as Clerk, Stripe, OpenRouter and its model providers, and TypeSafe Jev. Their services are covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Sybqa and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Sybqa. [TODO: notice period and data export window after termination.]

10. Warranty and liability

Sybqa is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. [TODO: limitation of liability amount and exclusions, reviewed by counsel.]

11. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: governing law], and disputes go to [TODO: venue or dispute process]. We will post changes on this page and update the date above. For important changes, we will also tell account holders by email.

12. Contact

Questions: [TODO: support contact email]. Security issues: [TODO: security contact email].
